Christmas is a time of year when we share joy and happiness with our friends and loved ones. In this day and age the Christmas season starts early with Christmas gifts, Christmas stockings and large tins of festive chocolates appearing in the shops from the very beginning of October. The more organised among us get our Christmas shopping done as early as possible and everything is wrapped up weeks before the main event. However, the high streets of Britain are always still buzzing with shoppers hoping to find that last minute present for someone special, at 3pm on Christmas eve.
This year why not prepare early and save the stress of shopping on Christmas eve and give yourself more time to enjoy the festive season with your feet up. It is well known that most children struggle to get to sleep on Christmas night with the excited anticipation of what Santa will bring them overnight.
In order to help your little angels get to sleep this Christmas eve why not spend the afternoon and early evening doing some festive activities to tire them out. You could spend some time in the kitchen making some mince pies for Santa or even some Christmas tree or star biscuits.
